A one-day workshop session with 4-6 team members led by an IC Coach (who is also a church leader running these tools within their own church). This option is available to churches that have already had some exposure to the ideas around ChurchOS® and are ready to experience more. This option is designed to help churches get started, or continue, on their journey.

  • A one-day workshop session with 4-6 team members from your church with a certified IC coach

  • Two coaching calls per month by phone or video with a certified IC coach

  • Perspective and teaching on the core ChurchOS leadership system principles and tools

  • We’d love it if you could read the book first, but it’s not a prerequisite for starting ChurchOS. You’ll be self-implementing the leadership fundamentals explained in the book as you go through the ChurchOS process.

    A complimentary copy of the Intentional Churches book will be sent to you when you sign up for ChurchOS.
