The Alignment Workshop: Live Edition is a powerful one-day intensive that grounds you in biblical truth and equips you with proven frameworks to unlock lasting kingdom impact. You'll discover what's blocking your progress and leave with a concrete plan your team can execute immediately.

Doug Parks & Bart Rendel
Doug Parks and Bart Rendel are the co-founders of Intentional Churches and co-authors of Intentional Churches and Radical Alignment.

Doug Parks, Intentional Churches cofounder: Doug’s love and commitment to helping churches come from his own experience of being eternally impacted as a teenager by a committed church leader. He served for seventeen years as the executive pastor at Canyon Ridge Christian Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Prior to ministry, Doug was a Symbol of Success award-winning owner/ operator at Chick-fil-A. Doug and his wife, Jennifer, have two children and reside in Las Vegas, Nevada.


Bart Rendel, Intentional Churches cofounder: Bart’s passion for serving churches comes from his upbringing as a pastor’s kid and learning from his parents about the intentionality of reaching and growing people in Christ. His conviction runs deep. Bart served as an executive leader for over eighteen years at Crossroads Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky, and Central Christian Church in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he remains deeply connected. He and his wife, Catherine, have two children.
